Project Description：The project involved the modification and new construction of supporting ventilation and circulation system for non-stick pan automatic high-temperature production line of a local high-end cookware manufacturer in Romania. The core production processes of non-stick pan include coating application, high-temperature curing, drying and forming. Stable and high-temperature hot air circulation, uniform temperature control, and exhaust gas discharge are required throughout the production. Based on the core requirements of improving production quality and efficiency, stabilizing production processes, and reducing operation and maintenance costs, the customer selected our complete set of high-temperature plug fans and High-Temperature Centrifugal Fans to provide a professional ventilation and temperature control solution for the entire high-temperature production line.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, temperature uniformity in the production line drying and curing chambers improved by more than 35%, with the temperature difference inside the chambers controlled within ±2℃. This eliminated process defects caused by temperature differences, such as mottled coatings, uneven coating thickness and insufficient adhesion. The overall product defect rate decreased by 28%, and the quantity of reworked and repaired products decreased substantially, effectively reducing scrap and rework costs.
